Terms of Sale

Please read through and understand you agree to these terms if you submit payment.

Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal or Wire Transfer. We offer a 72-hour hold with a $50 non-refundable deposit on geckos costing less than $200, and a 25% non-refundable deposit for animals over $200. NO PAYMENT PLANS. If geckos are not paid in full within 72 hours, the gecko will be re-listed, and we reserve the right to hold the $50/25% deposit.

Refund Policy: If the buyer changes their mind on a sale after sending a payment, we reserve the right to keep a 25% non-refundable portion of the purchase price.

We reserve the right to refuse sale. No geckos are held, reserved, or promised unless payment is made.

Shipping Terms

Note: We will confirm the buyer’s shipping address and any special shipping instructions when the initial purchase is made and before the animal is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide clear, complete, accurate shipping data, including any special instructions.

We offer shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight. FedEx typically delivers packages by 10:30 AM, but please be advised that this can vary and shipments may be delivered later than 10:30 AM depending on how far the package must travel from the FedEx hub. If you live in an area that requires an extended delivery time, please notify me before the package is sent. Note that most hubs provide the option to "Hold for Customer" where the package will be held until the receiver comes to the location to retrieve it. We are NOT responsible for shipping carrier delays or other carrier issues. Shipping is available to the continental 48 United States only.

 
Live Arrival Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed excluding any delays on behalf of the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances by the buyer/receiver. If an animal arrives deceased, the buyer must notify E.T. Geckos within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof, and a refund will be issues.

Health Guarantee: We offer a 48-hour health guarantee on all our geckos; if your gecko falls ill within that time, when returned, we will either replace it if we have a similarly priced animal, or offer a credit for the amount paid for a future purchase. Buyer is responsibly for all shipping costs.

This guarantee does not include outside injuries. Examples of injuries we do not cover include, but are not limited to: other animal attacks, burns, getting caught in an enclosure door, or choking on a feeder insect which are too large. This guarantee does not include tail loss. Refunds are subject to questions about your husbandry practices, as well as photo or video proof of injury or death.

The buyer must be available to accept package at the time of delivery and contact us via email or phone to let us know the package was received, or this live arrival/health guarantee is null and void, as leaving a gecko outside in the weather can be harmful.

International Purchases and Shipments

We will consider exporting animals from the United States to other countries under the following conditions:

  • We will ship to the US-based export entity of a buyer's choice, but is the buyer's responsibility to select and confirm an export service, manage the necessary export paperwork, and facilitate logistics. 

  • Once the animal is received by the buyer's US-based chosen export-import entity, my live arrival guarantee and health guarantee expire.

  • We assume no liability for the export-import entity's care of the animal after it has been received on their behalf. Arrangements for transportation, receipt and any live arrival guarantee must be made between the buyer and export-import entity.
